Update: I never was able to send any item for Control Tower 6. As soon as I finished building it, one of the items for Control Tower 7 appeared in my sendable gifts. I have not been able to identify any gift that dropped off my list at that time.

My 40 minutes was based on when you first asked about how many points you should add...which I thought meant you had just joined the launch at that point. I didn't understand that you were asking about the points 4 hours after you started. I was mistaken and I apologize.

If you are only adding points from 24 and below, how did you get to 224 in 40 minutes?

If you add one each of every item 24 and below it works out to 56 points total. Lots of us are sitting around that 56/54 point.

In truth I also prioritize building requirements. But at this point it takes me so long to accumulate the cash to buy new buildings (250k for latest control tower!) that this has become a pretty rare event for me.

I mostly need the extra passengers in the morning, since most of my planes have landed during the night. I have 4 deltas and 2 powerful deltas. Throughout the day as planes come and go one or two at a time it's usually less of an issue.

My numbers are similar (I haven't looked) except that I have a ton of field rations. They seem to have a high drop rate from neighbor's cosmic fuel stations, which I used to hit often before I found so many planetarium neighbors via the forum.

Over in the glitch forum and the news forum other people are reporting seeing similar distressing messages. All evidence is that the problem is on the game's servers, not on people's individual devices.

The servers are down for everyone. See if your neighbors come back when the servers are running again. None of us will be able to add you while the servers are down in any case.

Man, sounds like I got off easy with just missing one day of gifting!
