I had same problem 2 years ago. Every time i opened game it started from same timepoint (right after the update). They could not restore it and had to start all over and they gave me new code to go immediately to level i had when problem occurred. Good Luck

Update didn't fix the problem - it makes it worse as now my game name is stuck at Sheekee for others - no one can visit me, join my launches and I cannot receive gift sent.

flights and launches are not counted (maybe they are in our old ranking table).

better situation would be when game crash, greenies remain and your ability to enter code remain. :) Also hope that that fuel addition remain for the future.

It's a long shot but did you try move the building (airdock) to other spot. This game has a history of specific spot related bugs.

If I understand correctly, you need to replace one of your lower level planes with the jet. Sell the lower level plane while it is landed and buy a jet. This way you'll be able to fly to Singapore. Other option is to ask for required item for tower upgrade from your neighbours.

I know, I miss your planetariums a lot :) But for 32 QLs I lost I got response that i keep playing and that I'll get them again. I will get them once but it is not fair to be treated like that by GI (I'll not mentioned other things as it will take a lot of time). I'm waiting for the update as I...
