I concur with CB, launches when done through the launch thread are not risky, most of the time. I have seen players on occasion start launches they probably should not have but that is the exception not the rule. I have never been in a failed launch because as CB said I would finish it myself...

Indeed the way the game is set up with its social aspect, it was a glaring flaw to not include a means of communication. This is the place to be though as soon enough you will have more neighbors than you can gift per day. But unlike within the game you will actually get many gifts daily and...

You have taken the proper steps by contacting GI support. I know others have had this issue when leaving the game open. Though this bug pops up for different reasons being that you do leave it minimized often I would shut it down when not actively playing. As far as the wait for a response GI...

Indeed as I stated the "supernatural" guy seemed to think collecting from hangars was the way to go. That is why I even mentioned it.
