I was just reffering to initial post where ways of getting Dice were described. Also i didn't noticed decrease in drops of items with using multiple bonuses (especially drop rate from planes).

You can also get dice as part of alliance chest reward.

Same for win phone - double the passengers

with faucet fuel is regenerating 2 per minute and not 1 per minute as usual
