I am seeing it as "you can pass me" but I think different people might be seeing different things, depending on how recently their game has fetched the latest neighbor names from the server.

I updated on iOS. The uncollected incoming Pax-5 (or whatever it was) have transformed into straitjackets! :woot:

Eventually it stopped letting me watch ads to get straitjackets. I didn't keep careful count, but I was able to get something like 7 or 8 in a row that way!

I started a flight to Dahshur despite not having any straitjackets. It popped up a box offering to sell me one for greenies, or to get one by watching an ad. I'm assuming to get that you have to be able to receive ads, plus have not reached your ad limit for the day by other means.

I was able to get a straitjacket by watching an ad.
