I can confirm what Fencat said. I kept thee of the Fuel 3 in my incoming gifts inbox until I reached Level 61. The gifts then converted to Hammer Drills as originally intended. I would definitely agree not to keep them for long, as it was so hard to bypass these gifts when accepting new...
