I've been looking though the Wiki and was left confused as to what would be required for all buildings up to Giant flights such as Caracas for the Terminal and Helsinki and the Control Tower, but what drops from Falcon flights to construct buildings?

No issues so far. Some of the amount of fuel required to have a flight come back early is still listed as incorrect but that is not a big deal, nor subjectively in my opinion does the issue seem to be as bad as it was. But like I said, no major issues so far.
