It was on Android. I didn't have My internet connection when I opened the game, and in the openi my page, where the volcano picture is shown, there was a small bar in the bottom showing that something was trying to be downloaded. But since I didn't have any internet connection, it was stuck...

I noticed that there was a small update when I opened the game last night.. but it didn't change much to me.. mine gets counted like 70% of time... Maybe Kate doesn't even talk to the dev team at all..

Unfortunately, I've only talked with those two.. :(

I once gave them a lecture(??) of being professional, saying many players are spending actual money on this game, and Gi is also making money out of videos many players are watching daily. So Gi is a company making money out of the players and they should treat the players more professionally...

Why AJ? is he representing Gi?

I think I said this somewhere before, but I think they have a list of answers they use, and they just copy and paste from the list when they receive any tickets! Sometimes they just say something completely different. And blame the players for not playing it right.
