I kind of think the drop rates vary depending on platform as well. By just clicking very fast on my facilities I had drops every day. Of course they were not always what I needed but drops nonetheless. I kind of think collections like these also are programmed to randomly set the drop rate...

I would call it almost impossible without Spy Glass. Without that it would likely take a huge investment of time and fuel. I bought 5 Spy Glass and easily finished the first 2 collections during their active period. I now only need 1 polar bell, 1 arctic fox and 1 snowy owl to complete. So if...

Indeed looks like I was right. They doubled the extra amounts. So taking this into account I assume Khabarovsk will be 50+45 in five more days. I find that somewhat ridiculous it makes the events almost not worth trying at this point. We won't even go into the lost 3 days of regular fuel cost...
