When using a bonus such as Spy Glass, does it have to be used before takeoff or can it be used after takeoff and still be effective?

If the amount of points to launch is reached and for some reason you didn't launch yet, could someone come in and hijack the launch?

Me too. At level 40 and stuck on 90 for awhile. Have no idea when it increases.

No big deal, just curious. I do give and take gifts to/from all my neighbors (2 of which are non-forum members as far as I can tell). Couldn't find them with a search of members. So far no harm, no foul. Thanks for all your help.:):)

This was happening before the latest event.

I get avatars (only from 1 neighbor) appearing on buildings, etc. There are always 5 so it appears to be from a visit. But, I don't see any others. Is there an explanation for this?
