that is a known bug and GI is working on a fix. It should be released sometime next week with the Christmas event update.

Nope, there is a intermittent bug that can return a player several levels back or to the beginning. Contact GI, put a ticket in and hopefully by Friday they can restore your game. I suggest in the future you back up your game on a regular basis, there are several guides on this forum.

i use it on the week ends on either Friday night or Saturday night about 10:00 Pm that gives me over 15 hours of use the next day.

I have no problem seeing it. It was probable a temp glitch from the update.

If you read GT City excellent guide, you will find it drops from odd number plane hangers. I got about 3 items the first time I tried.
