This question may have been asked already, but I could not find it. Do the Valentine's quest passengers count toward the alliance totals? Also, how long does it take for the passenger totals to update with GI servers?

Has anyone completed #5 on the sub quests, Dive into a sea of passion by visiting Motel 0/1? I have visited neighbors & my own hotels, but nothing happens. Does it have to drop something to complete or is it an error?

All of my games are iOS and I cannot see ANY of the new buildings on Android cities. I can see ALL new buildings on iOS cities.

All of my games are iOS and I know exactly what you are talking about. Thankfully, it doesn't happen frequently. Your "fix" is the only way that I can get back into the game when it does happen.
