True, but most neighbors owning one of those also own other good buildings like planetariums, training centers, ets. I personally don't see the difference between visiting one neighbor with 6 of those buildings and 5 with other good buildings, or 6 neigbors with 1 of those buildings and 5 other...

They are actually not that uncommon.

You could click more than 5 burned trees at your neighbour if you were quick enough; the click only counted after it finished its animation (which took a few seconds). So effectively you could tap a few extra trees if they were in the vicinity of your last click
