Easter Sunday is April 4. St. Patricks day is March 17, so this event should touch this day somehow. If those would be all only 9/10 days, it might squeeze in with very little breaks, but it could be also that one is dropped this year.

Could just work out - both "love" events, than the St. Patricks day one, "The spring has come", and then "Easter Cheer". If "Long awaited Mail" moves back after easter compared to last year, then it would fit.

For the buildings like Bank, Visa Center etc, will they only costs greens after the update or it is still possible to buy those with gold/silver tokens?

As written above: this happens ONLY in Events, where are two different Event items available. Everyone has either Fans or Firecrackers in his gift list, never both. For you it is obvious that you can send only Firecrackers. There are now two possibilities: 1) if someone sends you a firecracker...

Just had a look on it. That you don't have any Firecrackers in your inventory is clear because you don't received any. If the No. of Fans didn't changed I can't tell because that's not seen in the vid.

Check your inventory before you hit the "Take"-Button. Remember the No. of Fans you have into it, than press "take", and then the inventory should show Fans +1 then before. You get the item what is shown, you just can send a different one back.

I think he is referring to the daily item you get when you first login after reset (and after 25 days you get the Mystery Super Building). And there is also 2x1 green in between (think on day 9 and 19 or similar)

Tech Support is 100% right on this. Everyone can either send Fans or Firecrakers, but not both. You see in your own git list what you can send (I assume Firecrackers), so the game does here work as it is intended and has been with events with two event items for a long time. @Captain WH Rollins maybe a suggestion from me: Can we have at one point a real rolling timeline of the events, and not an overwritten one as you have started now with the events of January? So maybe you can just add the events from this year behind the ones from 2020, so we have a real long...

Do you have updated your game? Those F3 could very likely be event items you can only recieve when you are on the latest version and have the event running
