For example: I fly 10 condors 2x/day on my Crsnt1 game. That's 1200 units of fuel. And that's not counting what my other 4 planes might use. If I didn't have so many wonderful neighbors gifting me fuel daily, my condors would just be sitting in their hangars gathering dust!
Yes, I got off-track - talking about advancing your game rather than visiting neighbors. Of course, nothing wrong with visiting neighbors with planetariums, training centers, etc, to help build up your coins.
I'm only speaking from experience. My Crsnt3 game was a launch support game. I rarely flew, just did launches. When I hit level 67 I only had 200+ stars. Then I joined an alliance, starting out with jets (now called hawks). It took quite a while, now I'm at level 80, with 500+ stars. But I...
It all depends on the type of game you want to play. Using launches to advance will let you end up with a level 20 airport, but your game will be level 70 or higher. You won't be able to land most guest planes, you won't be able to complete weatherstation flights, you will have larger numbers...
All the biker jackets I received from friends counted toward my 100. They didn't go into the warehouse, as I already had over 100, but they counted for the event.
It's doable - I've got a little over 2000 drumsticks in the first 24 hours, no speedups, with 5 days to go - BUT - I've been sitting at the computer the whole time I'm awake, flying S3 and S2 turboprops. If I did speedups, it could be done easily, but not really worth it. I have a life - I...
I think we're all still learning. :) But you did have a legitimate point - several years back, windows, android and IOS were all separate. We couldn't be neighbors at all. The forum used to have separate sections for each platform. Talk about confusing!!!!! Sure glad GI fixed that!
Just so you are aware - android, windows and IOS can all be neighbors, gift, visit, and launch together. We are now known, collectively, as Mobile! As in, separate from facebook. :) :) :)
It is a short time to get enough drumsticks for MSBs. I'm just going to finish the event, as one of my goals in this game is to complete all events with at least 1 game. I would like another Irish Mansion, but it can be on another event.
@Harcourt My biker jackets are over 100, but the drops still count for the event even thought they don't go into the warehouse and i get the same notice. Any chance your musical instruments are doing the same? I just turned off confirmations - peace of mind!
I'm on the west coast also, northern california. I got my update on windows & android at about 7am this morning. If you're on android, check google play - it should be there.
Same here - I used up my fuel doing adventure/alliance flights this week. Not too worried about the MSBs this time around. But can get a lot of flight repair items. :)
Jackets are "always" from arena, "often" from camping. I've been playing for about 1 hour and have 14 jackets. But the drops from guest planes is BAD. I've been landing guest planes constantly and only have 7 musical instruments. But it can be done within the 7 days.
Our friend Ur-Quan has gone MIA. All we know right now is first half of the month. If I were a gambler, I'd guess Thursday, Friday or Monday morning. Time is anybody's guess, as most events are underway by the time I get up in the AM.
