Open a new ticket include the proof of purchase and that picture(which I am sure you already did) Don't give up when they are clearly in the wrong open as many tickets as it takes to get someone competent enough to understand what they are looking at with your evidence.

I believe it happens if you click it right when the time runs out. Their servers have not caught up with your time being up. Well thats my theory anyway. :LOL: Just wait a few seconds then click or alternately when it runs out go and click on the neighbor button it will force your PC to sync...

My timing was better today I actually made it onto a launch. o_O I took the cheap seats and we are launched. :cool:

There are definitely many clock issues. I think much of that traces back to when they set the gifting timer to a static timer. The clock on everyones game rather than synching up to the proper new reset time(12am UTC) they all stayed where they were thus giving everyone a different time shown...

Looks like you did the right thing @Mike47 . Seems like I am always a couple minutes late on every launch recently. o_O
