Wow, that sounds like typical GI support. If I was an Android user I too would be p*ssed!! It is bad enough they are continuing doing this to iOS users, but to unblock Android users and not you - UNACCEPTABLE!! Good luck in your ongoing battle.

Quick update, gifts reset and was able to visit ALL iOS neighbors. Helen and Bill, did you receive any gifts from me?

Up until yesterday, I could receive gifts from iOS players that I could not send gifts. As of the new update, I can't even visit iOS neighbors!!!

I am feeling the same way. I am coming close to getting 3 stars on all of the non-event destinations, at which time I may call it quits.

I currently have a ticket open with GI as well. As with you, they advised me that I had received an unfair advantage because I manipulated my date/time, ie the time travel cheat. This is total BS though as I have NEVER used this cheat. In effect, they have flagged my account for accusing me...

Thanks Helen, I have been receiving your gifts and I still send them out every day to no avail. You are correct, however, I am playing much less due to the issues with GI.

I wonder if this is just an android correction or if they also corrected the problem for the Apple version as well. I sure hope so!!!!

No problem Helen, I don't think you, me or Bill can send or receive each other gifts or launch together anymore. At least until GI "fixes" our games!!! I have enough to go it alone, it will just be a slow burn. :cool:

I don't know about Android/Galuxy, but with Apple you can restore directly from your itunes backup - at least up to the point of your last backup.
