It can drop from a black wraith. So, use the Soul Net bonus to make the white wraiths change to black wraiths. Then use Aerosol on the black wraiths. Then hope like heck they drop the cloak! 🤞

If you have the Inconvertible Coin bonus activated, then you only have to collect from the Exhibition Hall twice to finish that task. Makes it a bit easier. But yes, @HahAti , my wait time has gotten considerably longer on Windows... 24 hours until I can get free F20 again :rolleyes:. But...

Pete Blake posted the long-term solution earlier (it will work for all future times, even when there is not an event). Click on Settings, then click on Restoring Game Resources. This has worked for many players, including myself. Happy flying! :)

Those are the Lilac Building and the Architectural Bureau. They are rewards in the Basic Class progress levels during this event.
