tech support just replied to me and they asked me to send a screenshot of crashing issue. It's just insulting...

I'm on IOS 10.2 on my iPhone 6 and I can't visit neighbours at all. Other times, game decides to crash randomly. I'm getting enough of this and thinking of not playing until they do something to fix. Please let me know if updating the IOS solves anything.

It seems I can't visit any neighbours today. It wasn't an issue yesterday but as soon as I click on visit, game crashes :)

Well, as I'm only Level 41, my account is not advanced as yours and I don't have any bonuses at the first place :) But most of the time game crashes, it happens while it tries to get more data from server than the usual. So I try to avoid continuous actions and wait few seconds before I do...

I believe I'll skip this one as I think rewards are not worth the effort. Since I still consider myself as developing (Level 41), effort I'll put on this event will put me back at least 2 months of my development period.

You're welcome. Let me try to find a pattern to avoid crashes on visiting neighbours. Another strange thing I found is, once the game is crashed and opened again, game decides to open a random building which I haven't clicked :D

I can bare with the crashing issue but every time game crashes, it resets my last actions and basically I'm playing for nothing at this point.

Same problem here. Opening chests are so slow and very interestingly, Powerful Explosive Bolt drop has stopped after the update. I opened at least 30 launch boxes. Also, game crashes almost every 5 minutes and I think I'll stop playing until it's fixed.
