Since I was able to send/receive gifts and visit neighbours after the update, I thought space launch will also be ok but I couldn't be more wrong. It takes ages to open the menu. Although I'm on IOS, I thought I should share the status on my game too. Hope they will release a second update soon.

Sorry for cutting the thread from the middle but I'd like to ask if the Giant's are the only planes require greenies to speed up the maintenance. Can somebody please advice which plane types can't be repaired with speed up items ?

Same issue happened to me at first. My game crashed when I visited big cities. I restarted my phone and game, now it seems fixed.

Mine was just a theory. My friend at work updated his app also, which was working fine during these crash issues and he didn't get any greenies. So I though maybe they're sending it only to ones that sent a ticket.

It's been an amazing day. I've managed to enter the Christmas code 3 hours ago, 15 greenies came from the GI automatically and this code also worked. :D

I believe the greenies have been awarded to people who sent a ticket about the problem.

I got 15 greenies too. However, there still is a crashing problem with visiting neighbours. I'll post updates if I encounter any other problems.

I just check same logs you have mentioned. There are a lot of exception errors and crash notifications.

Still can't access to game and technical staff is asking a screenshot for a crashed game. So, I lost almost all my hopes now.

I believe you have misunderstood the problem. As far as I can understand, Hangars are giving fuel when you visit neighbours and click on their hangars. However, as you know once someone visits you, you get a bonus. I think the problem is once someone visits you and clicks on your hangars, you...

Still no update on app store and it seems even the update on Android didn't solve anything. Since technical staff keeps saying the issue is related to my device only, I'm starting to lose hope.

I borrowed my friends phone today. He uses iPhone 7 plus and game is working just fine on his phone. He can visit neighbours and everything. On the other hand, I can't even start the game on my phone and tech support doesn't care :)

Shame I can't open the game to claim the bonus :)

I have updated my IOS just to find out if something will change. Good news, nothing has changed and I made my phone worse with the IOS update :D Still can't access the game as it can't pass the Loading screen and crashes.
