If a task require you to "Receive the XXX item" it means you have to get a new one after the task started. Older one you already have do not count.

Is it possibly asking you to visit Halloween Shops? I see that you don't have any out in your city. This is just a guess. Others have posted similar issues in other events.

You just can't do the alliance flights this week. After weekly reset on Sunday the new alliance tasks will be based on the fleet you have at the time of reset. (and sorry to hear about the mistakes. But one of the things I really like about this game is that you can recover from any mistake)

I have the MS version. Have been using it for 5 years. I have not noticed any difference in the lagging or crashes. I still visit Madlen after collecting gifts, moving several buildings, getting an important drop, etc. Sorry you all are having these issues!
