Firstly: online - the broken ad plays offline - Play ad button is disabled. It shows the time till next server day... as if I have watched all available ads for the day... even if I have not watched a thing that day. But - looked in folder above = 5 subfolders. All 5 of which are the broken...

I thought the game gets its ads served to it by Windows Store... and had a thought - what happens if I reset Windows Store? Maybe coincidence... but after days of getting the same broken ad as the only offering in the game... wsreset - and the next 4 attempts to play ads in game gave me...

Here's hoping adding my shortage/moan here will give 4 gramophones in the next 8 or 9 clicks... seems highly unlikely - but try anything.

For yonks - lucky horseshoe and Windchimes were broken... showing 20/20 immediately upon use. Customer Care acknowledged they were broken... Recently. on these forums, I questioned if they were still broken and was told no. They start at 20/20 and that's how many lucky events you have left...

After the store opens - I wait for length of time needed for the full ad to have played - before closing the store and the ad... I get the reward most of the time. Sadly - not all the time, but more often than not.

Interesting that all the people that say ads have no impact have either 600+ or higher banners under their names, or have been playing for years and the ones that say ads do make a difference are players in first year of play. Its almost as if people have learnt to play as the game rules...

If your both on windows - officially there is no way to get info between devices other than them doing it for you. So - why tell them that the new device is not owned by you? On the other hand - could try just backing up the game: how to back-up
