I recently switched over to the Desktop app for windows 10.
Now I can't open my support games, they just get stuck on - (loading part 2 of 2 10/10mb)
Been trying for some time. So far unable to gift today. Will try later tonight.
Thanks for the info. I was joking when I said G.I. will fix it, I have no faith that they will.
I may try this tomorrow after gifting and completing things later today.

My issue is not only gifting (which I accomplish after 6 to 8 hours of constantly trying during the day) it's doing anything really. The game shuts down after 3 or 4 minutes.
BUT G.I will fix it, or I'll just go nuts!
Thanks for that info. I'm still deciding what to do, I may even put my main game on one of my other PCs, not sure yet.
However, if this bug isn't fixed soon I'll be forced to try trail or the desktop app.
My game is constantly shutting down, and all items/bonuses granted are lost when I restart the game.
Also I have to redo any actions such as sending planes or collecting PAX or coins.
G.I are telling me now for the past two weeks that restoring the game will not help and they will not do this...
Yes, I am aware but at this stage I'd rather not. Too many problems with that platform currently. If it changes I'll make the move.
However, I may be forced to if they can't restore my game.
I have 2 androids already playing and to be honest, hate it! Too small for me, much prefer playing on PC's or desktops.
I just have to wait to convince G.I. that yes, they CAN restore a game. I think there are newbies at G.I who don't know.
I would transfer to another PC but they are already...
