I have the exact same problem. A ticket with GI support on this matter has been active for days and still no result. Almost certainly this is a product of this extremely bug-ridden release. Edit : Win10 version here.

That isnt even either. I have run the same destination twice with identical setup and received vastly different results. The game probably (who can say for sure? Did we write the code?) has a randomisation element that changes effectiveness on each run. Comparisons are meaningless.

I have not been able to play ads for 3 days. Just great as I was upgrading my Fuel Station. Now I cant get fuel for helicopters -> fleet grounded.

On my device ads have been unavailable for 3 days.
