Slightly off topic, but I just built a Baggage Hall. I land all my Guest Planes. I just don't understand the 'increases maintenance of guest planes by 30%'; does that mean that the time each guest plane is in the stand re-fueling and loading passengers is quicker?

I've been trying to complete this event too, almost there - just needing to find a 'Piece of Wood' and 'Velvet', never seem to drop from anywhere I look (on my city or neighbours) and I now have 4 Halloween Shops :ROFLMAO:
