@crescent moon and @Etshk i think the alliance office is merged with the main now. Ivans statement on page 1 of this thread Alliance Store is now merged into the main Store for the general convenience; you'll still need to build Alliance HQ & Alliance Office to have access to the best goodies...

Yes always try to do a mimimum of 50-75 flights, save up fuel, passengers, activate bonuses for the map flying. This then brings better rewards. You will need to do around 50flights more than the 3 star limit to get the 36 collections you need to max out all buildings of the type on offer
