Is the airport dock bug fixed, the one where the blimp doesn't show up the day it is supposed to?

The update is they are currently looking into it.

Not yet. I just started the ticket process.

I opened the game online, I got my maps when I opened the game after reset. I even waited 10 minutes (after reset) before opening my game.

I did not get the Airship Dock this past Thursday and I did not get it today. Also, I have been buying a lot of maps the past couple of weeks.
