Don't worry. You just have to remember your time. The timer shown on the visiting neighbor screen is wrong but the game still keeps an accurate countdown. Sorry for missing a couple gifting days everyone. Christmas activities kept me busy and exhausted yet merry.

I upgraded last night. When I re-open the game, the timer for visiting neighbors resets back to 23 hours 57 min. @KenDuckySmith did you say this happened to you too?

You don't need Win 10. I am still on Win 8.1 and it upgraded fine. You just have to got to the win store and check for upgrades. Let me know if you need help.
