I went to neighbours early this morning... Got it with the 59th click of the max 60!!

And haven't got (and can't afford) a BoR.

I only need 1 tablet for "With Honours". I'm getting every item but!! I've got drops every four hours from my two, plus one more tranche (if I'm quick enough) from neighbours in the morning, so maximum of 68 chances.

I've only got 2, but my drop rates from both planes and universities (own and visited) means I'm not likely to complete this event.

How do you click on 6 universities at neighbours? It's 5 per visit, no? I empathise with your dismal drop rate though.

Already stopped spending. It's the one thing I can affect. Too many are still happy to pay for any old crap served up though. Needs all of us.
