Lvl3 info I‘ll provide today (waiting for lvl2 upgrade to be done) but for lvl4 we’ll need really help. I can’t upgrade lvl3 on any of my supports and in my main it has been done long time ago.

Constr speed up lvl2: 1 green (I have 5 greens, 2 items x 2 greens still missing, => 5-4=1) EDIT: If your question concerns lvl 5, it is 10 greens (I have 72 greens, 10+10+11 items x 2 missing => 72 - 31*2 = 10)

Would you pls confirm the construction time for lvl3 - is it 2 days 00 hours?

Only 1 slot is free indeed, slot 2 cost is 5 greenies. Most probably you had opened some slots before.

Well, my primary goal is to collect all stars so I am flying the event, I've even used my own FiN bonus although I am not interested in the event reward building at all.

Well, Sickles from gifts or from visiting your neighbors and then getting four-leaf clovers using sickles is the only way, I'm afraid. You might be able to watch some videos if you completely run out if four-leaf clovers - just try.
