my experiences with the support of GI: at least it will take 24 hours for a reply. that was the fastest reaction time I got. Another complain took 10 days. support : GI changed the meaning of the word. sorry. To send a reminder is maybe a good way. Too many times the support is not really helping.

after I rebooted twice: i was able to scroll to right. Before not. :-(. Why I rebooted? Because airplanes freezed and even visiting neighbours doesnt change it. V8.0.11 doesn't even solve this long known problem. .....

Same here. reserve hanger: to change it without any information: another unprofessional way. Betrayed by GI.

at the same time. Good. But still the question why there is NO Android version update after nearly 24 hours? It is a kind of strange that google will hold it for so long. It will be nice if GI inform players about it. GI Informed about the new version - but nothing is there after nearly 24...

best statement. They should fix there system first. Last event: worst event ever! Last week with more 10 hours alliance tasks delays: great job! Fix the problems first! And test it!

OOH - that can takes time then. I still see that sometimes airplanes are stucked, not moving. A problem known well since the BETA release of the V7.x - until not solved. :-D

happened to me. support was so great to response after 10 days and informed me that I already started to add new friends. and they need more time :-D not the only useless experience with the support. :-(

it is a new feature since some weeks. Restart the app helps ;-)
