The last time I moved my city from windows to android, I had to send service request and lost all my neighbors. Is that still the same?

In my supporting account, I get "Unfortunately, you cannot store more than 100 of ..." popup after the items in warehouse reaches 100/100 I don't get that on my main account. The items remains 100/100 and new items are just disappeared. I don't find any option in settings to enable it. Any help?
