Not much of a military person or gun enthusiast, but I'm pretty sure a better translation would be "gun scope." Possibly it is a camera of some kind; wouldn't the world be better if everyone was just shooting pictures?

We figured it out- if you're not playing the Russian quest and you hit resend, your neighbor will receive what you would have in your inventory if you were playing (that is, it won't morph into P5 or catalyst.)

I'm curious to know if anyone has had good results with golden dice while using them across several stubborn quests, or should they be used only in one particular effort? I have used golden dice a few times now; costly, and with mixed results.

The new quest hit right when I was finishing sending out gifts. I did receive some sickles from neighbors (instead of shears or butterfly nets), so there may be a glitch similar to the last quest (horseshoes instead of sickles.) At this point I'd prefer a very large machete :X3: or a...
