Hey guys! I accidentally tapped the option to start a new launch instead of joining an existing one lol so please join and take whatever place :-)

Based on the 'response,' I imagine that it's safe to say this was an accident and they will resolve it. She did not indicate that it was intentionally removed so I suspect an upcoming update should address it.

I received a "final response" from their support regarding this. Apparently we just need to "keep trying" because the free offers will be available "after a while." Not a specific time; just "a while."

I've been trying literally all day since the most recent update and it has not popped up once, not for fuel, catalysts, or passengers. I'm on 4 different iOS devices and it's been the same on those. I have submitted a ticket and will post the response when it eventually comes.

If you tap on the Fuel bar at the top of your screen, it would give you the option to watch a video and get free fuel. Each video yields 20 units of fuel. Similarly, you could watch a video and get 10 passengers. Each day it would refresh with 5 videos allowing you to get 100 units of fuel for...

Well, you can get free Fuel (20) x 5 daily by watching videos. It's been missing from my game since the most recent update as well.

Yikes! I haven't opened any chests yet. I did see some of the new graphics for buildings, like the Hangars, Car Dealership, and Eatery. Did you see the little pop ups encouraging you to buy chests to complete your collections? They're definitely pushing people to spend greenies now.

Updated on my iPhone and iPad with no issues thus far.
