No, it's just an unpaid position and only @Dave or @Chloe11111 can award the new banners (mods award the medals only). Dave ALWAYS catches up with awarding banners in 1 swoop. He pays for this forum and pays for each PM we send on the forum. A grace period of 10 days is absolutely acceptable, in my opinion
