By the way, do you have special rules for your launches? Or your launches are open/free launches that people can take any position? I know some neighbors do, such as they always take first position, etc. Didn't want to break your rules if you do have.

"Quyen Oc" at level 32 is still waiting to be accepted in both of my games. So are you launching using Quyen Oc? That would be the reason! I only see "QuyenOc" has accepted my neighbor requests.
