Android How to get silver and gold tokens

Hello guys, I'm new to this game. (Started playing about 3 weeks ago
There's a top tab which indicate that you can acquire silver or gold tokens but I can't seem to have any, even though I'm at level 32 and with 72 stars.
Any suggestions to how I can get them?
