Windows profile damaged

Got a horrible blue tab telling me my profile had been damaged
i hit the help team up and they ran me through what i should do

Reinstalled the game and followed instructions
Can you see if you spot the glaring error.

Right now i am guessing a few of them are scratching there heads

If you haven't already, contact game support.
So sorry you had that happen!

i love the fact they had to ask if the profile was ok after s ending them that image
of me on level 2 with all them buildings
ye ive spoken to them and am still waiting for a responce

my experience: it looks like that problems like this happens sometimes. As a player who played and plays Airport City since some years (before pandemic was the start for me): I got similar situations four or five times. The last this year. On my laptop the game cannot be loaded. Usually I play on a tab. Windows original version. I got a new friendcode, neighbours have been added from the customer service, alliance from the CS. And now month later I opened the app on the Laptop again: it runs with the old friend code. No Problem. With other words: cloning of my game happened. nice to have now two level 85 games :-D Yeah. GI.
