Windows Support and game ID changed

Just opened game and accepted new game terms .etc and it changed my support ID and lost all neighbors and event progress, play on microsoft store, Don't have my original support ID just my game nameF20 Event....??

You need to contact GI support. They will have a copy of your old game on the server, and as long as your new game has been played to level 3 they can restore your progress, and you should also get your old game ID back. Good luck my friend.

Did contact them, last time it happened I had start over again with all new neighbors, worst part is I'm in second for this event and lost that also. Thanks
