happens sometimes. Come back some minutes later and it should work again. But this can also point out that there is a problem with your internet provider. Check also the internet-connection.

Game keeps crashing every 4 to 5 minutes. Its been doing this for a week now. I've lost a lot of progress. Internet provider is working good. Someone needs to check the game server. Or hire someone that know what they are doing.

The forum is not run by Game Insight (the developer and owner of the game )!
It will much better to contact the support of Game Insight (GI) direct and explain the situation to the technician there. Of course it is import to state on which plattform you are running the game (Android, IOS, Windows, or the original GI-version for Windows, Pley? ) and also information about your device and very important the version you are running.
It is really so, that the support of GI is the only way to get help.
Edit: and not to forget to make as many screenshots as possible to have a proof for your problems. GI will ask for that.
