Android Disappearing airport cash/notes

Firstly, hi all (new poster here)

So, my problem. I purchased 32 'notes' at the x3 rate last week (so 96 in total). I spent 36 on various upgrades and so have 60 left. I then completed the airship dock missions and 'bought' the dock. Then my 60 notes disappeared.

Either ive bought the airship dock for 60 notes in error or the game has pinched them. I have logged a service ticket which is being looked at but the reply i have got so far is 'We cannot refund for mis-spent game cash'. Thing is, i didnt spend it (or i certainly dont think i did)

Anyone else had this issue?

Check how many repair slots you have?
I have lost greenies on this quite a few times by mistake
There is no are you sure you want to purchase screen with this option

Go into the game settings and turn on confirmation pop-ups. You are accidentally tapping the speed up for greenies button and are not getting asked if you are sure.

Thank you. I changed the settings. Now wait and see if it is gone, although I don't recall tapping the speed up for greenies button (no idea this exists and no idea where to find it).

It comes up so fast. It's very easy to do when you are tapping all over the place to collect from buildings. Common problem

Sorry to hear that, but once lost, there is no way you will get them back and it does not matter how you lost them. To make your pain easier, let me share with you my biggest typo and costly mistake. I have upgraded the Powerful Oil Refinery by double tap on a cloud and lost 1000 greenies. I do not regret it now, but at that time it was unplanned waste of greenies and painful mistake. I have not tried to claim it to GI to reverse the action.

It looks like this:

and appears anytime a building is clicked outside its collection time (symbol above it). Without confirmation enabled and consecutive click(s) in same location - POOF, greenie spent!

EVEN with confirmation pop-up enabled there is a dialog that appears but is easily skipped\confirmed if swiftly clicking or not observant.

Or worse:

⚠️ Without confirmation enabled just scrolling & consecutive tapping panel(s) can lead to unintentional store\map purchases. 👿 ⚠️
