Android New post, old problem.

I had almost given up on this game a while back, and it took a lot of persuading the "support" people to set my experience level to what it was prior to me uninstalling said game.

Now, when I visit a neighbour I'm being told that although their game is up to date, and therefore I have to update, I cannot see how I can update my version.

Sometimes Game Insight update it, other times they do not. I sure wish that they would make their minds up!

Some game versions aren't available yet. Where did you get AC from? Was it google play or maybe the galaxy store?

Last I knew, Windows update still isn't available which is what you're on, correct?

i can’t even visit other windows games from my windows support

Rule #1- Never tick a box when you're tired! Should have ticked Windows but I didn't, and in any case why is the game telling me that all of my neighbours have updated yet I seem unable to do so.

Because all of your neighbors have likely updated but the update is not out on Windows yet.

I'm having the same problem on my Windows game. No windows update yet. They need to loosen up on the updates a bit because they aren't consistently releasing them at the same time

Sentence meant lots of us cant visit as we are on windows. Doesn't infer some windows can, some cant. No one on windows can visit. Cant say ALL as ALL of AC arent on Windows.

Or at least don't combine an update release with event, again! 🤔

if you're in windows you can't visit a single neighbor... that's what I was thinking about. not the ones on android / ios, nor the ones in windows... and oddly, the message I get is the same: the app is saying that my window neigbors are updated, which is impossible

They have. Its stuck with Microsoft Store. 4 days ago!!!!! Posts everywhere about it.
