It takes a few hours to load after reset. Gives alliances a window to add new players to make them count in alliance tasks... 
Or did you get kicked? There's room in Wasted Alliance now...

Wow. That’s a really long time. I think the most for me was 2 hours, but normally 5-20 mins.
