Windows Windows DESKTOP version: new Friend code - all neighbors gone, alliance gone :-(

amazing work has been done - I only don't know when :-D must be long time ago. At least not today!
This morning starting the Desktop app under Windows 11 and I got a new friend code and all my neighbors : gone. Alliance: I am not a member of :-D Good work GI. It will be much better if GI focus to create new event and not bring every time the same old events again and again. But okay - changing the friend code of players: maybe that the internal GI game :-D
I do hope that the GI customer support is able to bring back my neighbors, my alliance . But please not like the usually snail speed - this time a bit faster. :-D
About the prefix selection here: I am using the GI Desktop version for Windows and not the Windows version from the windows-store. Maybe this prefix should be added. It is a big difference Windows version and GI Desktop version!

Support of GI solved the main problems, but the new friend code stays :-(
neighbors have been back soon after I sent a second message . Alliance came back overnight. The problem now: my pax are not counting for the alliance. Of course the old one are gone, but the new created not counting. Reported that to GI.
And also about the wrong star calculation from GI.
1574 stars.
Looking to the profile I found the following info:
Expert (***) 518
Master (**) 9
Specialist (*) 3

The Math should work like that: 518 x 3 + 9 x 2 + 3 x 1=
1554 + 18 + 3 = 1575 stars
displayed are 1574 stars.
Let's see what will be the answer for that.
