Windows Why can't I use this bonuses?

I don't know what's going on, am I doing something wrong, or I'm not familiar with something in the game (or because I'm a windows player, lol) , but I can't use these wolf.. dog (!?) bonuses.
When I click on them, nothing happens.

Does anyone know?

The wolf's aren't valid, they serve as a placeholder. First use the 'restoring game resources' option under settings (gear icon).

The wolf's should then be gone, retry bonus. Unlikely but if use still fails, try via store.

Including a device restart? If so, unsure, haven't encountered.

By chance have you used a bunch in succession; perhaps there's a cool down period or just a glitch in the matrix 🤔

After reset time it looks to me like GI removed that bonus completely
