Wheres the Monument?

The story line missions on the game for me have been stuck on Episode 1 - Mission 16 because I never received the monument and therefore cant install it, I've been stuck like this for almost a month. I obviously did the prior missions so where is it? It is not anywhere in my inventory so I'm thinking "game-glitch"! Please help me because whats the point in playing if this is what I'm stuck with.

did you check your warehouse, first tab. Anything buildings or monuments awarded to you will be located there.
