Where are new level buildings stored (iPhone app)?

I'm currently on level 24, and I've noticed that sometimes when you level up, new buildings in the level announcement become available to you. For instance, the art supply store at the start of level 23. However, when I went to look for that building to be able to add it to my city, I can't find it (or any of the other level-up buildings) anywhere. I'm playing on the iPhone app.

Can anyone tell me where to look for these buildings? Thank you!
