Windows Weather Station - No New Mission With Daily Reset

This has been happening for a few weeks now - there is no new mission for the weather station after the daily reset. It is frozen with the previous days results. After a few days it clears and I get new missions for a day or two, then it freezes again.

Anyone else with this problem?
