Upgrading MCC1 to MCC2 (HELP NEEDED)

Hello, I’m new here. I’ve been playing on this game for 5 days and I must say I’m hooked. And currently I’m having difficulty on upgrading my MCC1 to MCC2 because I can’t send Communication Antenna & Optical System because it ain’t there in my send gift section. Help? I’ll try to give what you wanted in return if I have em.

Stuff that I need :
Communication Antenna x2
Optical System x2

Level currently : 21

I done that for the first 2. After that it won’t give me no more. I check on it everyday
