update made mine start all over again

My boyfriend update the game, and then when i log in, i start all over again, im already level 17 spend alot of time playing wish i can have it return, any help please? Graphics seems change too, i miss playing airport city

if your game has return to level 1 : if you have a recent backup of your device, put it.
If not, play until level 3 and contact GI to restore your game, but hurry up.
